B-99 Hinge Pin Bushing Tool Set
This set of tools provides a quick and easy means of removing and replacing worn hinge pin bushings. Servicing these bushings is almost impossible without them. The set consists of a bushing remover to drive bushings out, a bushing replacing tool, an expansion reamer for sizing bushings, a ratchet wrench and chuck. Packed complete in a sturdy metal box.

B-114 Broken Glass Remover
A handy and practical tool for cleaning splinters of glass from window channels. Nose is ground to the most effective angle and shank is extra long to avoid the danger of operator's hand coming into contact with flying pieces of glass.

B-170 Hinge Pin Remover
A tool for removing rusted or frozen hinge pins, that can be used with equal facility on all car door hinges. It is easily operated, does not interfere with fenders and can be used in close quarters. Three adapter plugs are furnished; a short one for breaking the pin loose and two for forcing the pin out the rest of the way. The jaws are actuated by a large forcing screw with a heavy ball thrust bearing mounted under the head to absorb the strain and ease the load. A heavy guide rod anchored to the upper jaw and a long bearing in the lower one, keep the jaws moving parallel. The head of the forcing screw is back far enough so that a wrench can be used without marring the body finish.

Kent-Moore B-223-A Door Handle Ferrule Installer
Door handle ferrules are installed from the outside. The inside edge of the ferrule must be flared so that the ferrule is held firmly in the door between its flared end and its outside flange. To accomplish this, the ferrule and rubber grommet are placed in the hole of the door panel, and the inside edge of the ferrule is flared against the inside of the door panel. The tool clinches the ferrule firmly and evenly into place as the conical expander, operated by turning the tool handle, is pulled inside the four expanding fingers, flaring the inside edge of the ferrule against the inside of the door panel.

This difficult operation is made possible with the use of the B-223-A Door Handle Ferrule Installer. Replacing door handle ferrules is accomplished quickly and easily using this special tool.

Use the tool as follows: Turn the operating handle to the left until the cone is clear of the expanding fingers. Slip the new ferrule and rubber grommet over the expanding fingers so that the face of the ferrule is against the adjustable collar (threaded sleeve). Turn the adjustable collar until the inside edge of the ferrule is flush with the ends of the expanding fingers. Lock the collar with the lock nut. With the ferrule installed on the tool, push the ferrule through the hole in the door panel, and hold the body of the tool against the door. Turn the operating handle clockwise until it reaches a definite stop. This pulls the cone up inside the expanding fingers, flaring the inside edge of the ferrule against the inside of the door panel and securely locking the ferrule in place. Turn the operating handle to the left until the cone is backed off from the expanding fingers. Remove the tool. It is not necessary to adjust the collar at each operation unless ferrules of different lengths are used.

B-226 Window Regulator Spring Adjuster
This tool is designed to remedy and correct the door window glass from dropping as a result of incorrect tension in the door window regulator. Remove the regulator spring and turn clockwise to another position on the slotted shaft. The tool compresses the spring on half turn and hooks end of spirng in notch.
